For the Lectures the following are available:

• Notebook-Computer [Microsoft Windows XP with Power Point 2002 (Office XP), Adobe Acrobat 5]

• Video Projection System (with PC and Mac-Adaptation)

• Slide projectors

• Overhead projectors

Please be aware that:

• Macintosh notebooks are not available. If you want to use a Macintosh-formated presentation, please bring your own notebook with you, or convert it to a MS-Windows readable format.

• Slides should be handed in at the conference office during the service times, at latest  the day before your Lecture.

• Presentation files on CD-ROM in Office XP (PowerPoint 2002) format or Acrobat 5 Format can be handed latest the morning befor the Session in which Lecture will be given.

• Presentation files on Floppydisk will not be accepted! (The posibility of using our PC's for CD writing is given, see below)

• If you want to give your talk using overhead projector sheets, all is simple.

Posters can be displayed at the conference site from Monday 8 September 08:00 to Thursday 11 September 18:00. The Poster Session is scheduled for Tuesday 9 September, starting at 18:00 (open-end).

Poster numbers will be provided within the Abstract-Issue.

Poster boards will be available at 115 cm x 90 cm (height x width). Authors will be provided with pushpins. Adhesive Scotch tape etc. must not be used.

During the conference you will have the possibility of using the Internet from exclusive conference-PC's in our conference office. We will not support any FTP, POP3 or simular access to any server system, so please be sure to have web-access on  your e-mail, if you want check it. Only Web based services will be provided.

All the PC's will have Office XP and Acrobat 5 Software installed. They are equiped with a CD writer and Floppydisk. USB-ports for memory-card adapters are also available.
