Registration for regular participants and students includes admittance to all scientific and poster sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks, Ice Breaker Party, Conference Reception, Poster and Wine Session. Not included are some special evening events. Details about these will be announced soon.

Payment with credit card:
We can accept Visa and Mastercard. After you have done your online registration please print out the PDF- credit card form by clicking on the Visa or Masercard symbol, complete it and fax it to: 0049/6131/3923557. We are not allowed to accept credit card data via email.
(We are sorry that we could not provide this service earlier, but there was a recent fundamental court decision, regarding a very restrictive liability with the fraudulent use of credit cards. Due to this, the credit card business in Germany is reorganising and it was really difficult to find a partner who could provide us with a service to accept your credit card payment.)

An easy and unexpensive way to pay is a bank transfer via the SWIFT system. Every bank in the world can do this if you provide the SWIFT number and the account details you find below. Just ask at your bank for a form for international money transfers.

A government identification number can not be provided because we don't have a system similar to that in Germany.

IMPORTANT: Attendees are strongly encouraged to make hotel reservations early to guarantee hotel availability, since Mainz is known as the one city in Germany to be completely booked out from spring to fall. This is due to many meetings and the nearly Frankfurt airport.

 

Please contact a hotel yourself as soon as possible for reservation.

Individuals Requiring Assistance
Registrants with questions regarding special housing, transportation and ancillary requirements should contact the Conference Meeting Office. Without prior notification, we cannot ensure that arrangements can be made at the time of the meeting.
 


Poster

 

Posters may be displayed at the conference site from Monday 8 September 08:00 to Thursday 11 September 18:00. The Poster Session is scheduled for Tuesday 9 September, starting at 18:00 (open end).

Poster numbers will be provided by the Conference Secretariat.

Poster boards will be available at 115 cm x 90 cm (height x width).  Authors will be provided with pushpins. Scotch tape etc. may not be used.
